About Hines Construction
Robert Hines established Hines Construction in 2019, based out of Delaware County, PA. Robert was certified at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology in Lancaster, PA with a degree in Carpentry Technology. Upon graduating, Roberts passion for the outdoors led him to a career in outdoor living spaces, specializing in deck building.

Hines Construction was started on the foundations of good craftsmanship and honest business. As outdoor living specialists, we treat every project as if it was being built for our own homes. We walk clients through each step of the process, from design to execution, so they have all of the information to build the outdoor living space of their dreams.
